Overview

With two sliding pocket doors, the first floor guest bathroom is accessible from either the guest bedroom or the first floor living/dining areas. The tub is equipped with both a hand held nozzle and a traditional overhead shower head. The shelf rail evident on the north wall is indicative of a foundation wall. The north side of the house is buried five feet below grade creating an earth contact climate ameliorating condition. The window above allows natural light in yet still affords privacy. The sink is an integral cast concrete vanity.
